Sunflex · Aluminium · 4 panel
A four-panel aluminium Sunflex doorset in Wadhurst was reported with large gaps at the top allowing weather and draughts through. The assessment found panel alignment issues with threshold distortion noted, and that the original brush bars, while adequate, would need additional brushes once the doors were correctly aligned. The repair carried out a full alignment and service, and fitted new brush bars to improve draughtproofing.
